      • All of our products are formulated and made in Korea.

  • 1. Where do you Ship?

    • Currently, we only offer shipping in USA

    2. Can I modify my order?

    • You can only modify when your order is on ‘unfulfilled’ status. Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    3. When can I expect my package?

    • Normally, up to 5~7 business days. We try our best to deliver within the time frame. If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, please contact us.

    1. What's your return policy?

      • We try our best for our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please let us know! To request a refund, please email us at hello@oomskin.com within 30 days of your delivery date.

        Once the refund is accepted, please wait at least 5-14 business days for the refund to show on the original payment.

    2. What payment methods do you accept?

    • Currently we accept all major credit cards, and Apple pay.

  • Are your products Cruelty Free?

    • Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free, meaning it has not been tested on animals.

    Does the product have fragrance?

    • No we are strictly not adding any fragrance.
